Tracking the Peripheral-to-CNS Pharmacodynamic Cascade of a Novel Anti-PD-L1 Immune Checkpoint Approach in Alzheimer’s Disease
3:00 pm
- Explore a fit-for-mechanism biomarker strategy for a peripherally acting, short-lived anti-PD-L1 therapy in Alzheimer’s disease
- Examine the pharmacodynamic cascade from peripheral target engagement and transient immune activation to downstream CSF biomarker changes
- Discuss how converging biomarker evidence can strengthen biological interpretation of downstream CNS activity
